Church Growth
Christ calls us to spread the Good News and to welcome all into our community. The church growth team comes up with creative ideas to do just that. Everyone has a different way to share God’s word. This team embraces a variety of styles.
Fellowship and Family
At Good Shepherd, we are a family. We enjoy spending time with one another. The fellowship and family ministry team sponsors many activities for people of all ages. If you love planning event that bring people together, this is the team for you.
Mutual Ministry
The mutual ministry team is the liaison between the pastors and the congregation, anonymously passing on the hopes, wishes, and concerns of members of the congregation to those in charge. Members of the mutual ministry team are appointed by Church Council.
Communication
The mission of the communication team is to spread the message and love God has called Good Shepherd to share with our community. We use our website, social media, newsletters, and email to get the message out. We meet on the 4th Thurs. evening of the month, currently over zoom.
Finance
Good Shepherd is a good steward of the money that people donate to support God’s mission. The finance team is pivotal in making recommendations to Church Council that ensure the money is spent where God is calling us to spend it.
Property
The property team is in charge of making recommendations regarding Good Shepherd’s building and property.
Community Outreach
The community outreach team keeps the congregation aware of the needs of our community and organizes ways we can help.
Member Care
